Support for Displaced Federal Workers and Contractors

We know this is a difficult moment for many professionals impacted by government reductions in force, contract cuts, and restructurings. If you’ve landed on our site while exploring your next steps, we want to take a moment to explain how we work—and share some resources that might help you move forward.

Who We Are

We’re a Headhunting Firm, Not a Staffing Agency

Our firm works directly with companies to fill specific, often hard-to-find roles—primarily in the private sector, nonprofits and associations, and in family offices. That means we don’t maintain a pool of job seekers or place individuals into open positions unless we're actively retained to do so.

Many of the positions we recruit for require particular experience, and as a result, we’re only able to assist a small number of job seekers who contact us.

What This Means For You

If you’re a federal employee or government contractor affected by a job loss, we may not be the best resource for job placement. That said, we want to help however we can.

Below are some trusted tools, organizations, and services that may assist with your transition.
