Position Summary

The Controller will lead all accounting operations across multiple entities, manage a team of five, and serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team. This role blends technical precision with strategic insight and plays a key part in financial planning, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

— Oversee accounting operations and lead a team across general ledger, reporting, and compliance functions
— Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, especially for the SaaS business line
— Maintain and enhance internal controls, lead audit processes, and ensure GAAP compliance

Qualifications

— Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
— 10+ years of experience, including leadership roles in finance or accounting
— Experience with professional services or SaaS models and financial tools such as Deltek Vision

Compensation

Our client has set a base salary range of $165,000 to $180,000.

This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
