Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will support multiple C-suite executives by managing their calendars, coordinating travel, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary materials. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments. This role contributes significantly to the efficiency and success of the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
— Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing executive calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing daily briefs.
— Assist in recruiting efforts, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
— Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
— Organize conferences and speaking engagements, ensuring all logistics are in place.
— Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
— Partner with regional leaders to coordinate field travel and ensure productive meetings.
— Manage ad hoc projects and help organize team events such as dinners and retreats.
— Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to support overall company operations.
Qualifications
— 4+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
— Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
— Proficiency in Google Workspace; CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
— High emotional intelligence (EQ) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
— Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
— Must be based in the Greater NYC area and available to work in the office 4+ days a week.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
