Position Summary:

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to manage a demanding, dynamic schedule and handle relationships with senior stakeholders. This individual will coordinate travel, manage correspondence, and prioritize the CEO’s calendar. The role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

— Manage CEO correspondence and inbox.
— Maintain CEO’s contact list and handle relationship management.
— Coordinate the CEO’s complex international calendar and meetings.
— Organize extensive domestic and international travel.
— Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

— Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
— Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, including managing a demanding travel schedule.
— Strong coordination skills using Microsoft Outlook for managing meetings across time zones.
— Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and high-profile individuals.
— Ability to learn new software quickly.

Compensation:

Our client has set a base salary range of $80,000 to $90,000.
