Position Summary

The Executive/Personal Assistant will support the Founder in both business and personal matters. This role requires discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs. The ideal candidate will manage a busy calendar, coordinate travel, assist with event planning, and handle various personal tasks. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

— Manage the Founder’s business and personal calendar, coordinating with colleagues, staff, and family members.
— Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
— Assist with event planning and organization for both business and personal events.

Qualifications

— 5-10 years of experience, including 2 years of executive or personal assistant experience.
— Bachelor’s degree required.
— Strong written and verbal communication skills, with discretion in handling confidential matters.

Compensation

Our client has set a base salary range of $150,000 to $175,000.

This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
