Position Summary 

The Senior Associate will support the family office team by managing a wide range of client needs, including administrative, property, and lifestyle services. This role requires strong communication, meticulous organization, and a client-first mindset. The ideal candidate brings prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and thrives in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities 

— Deliver hands-on support across a wide range of client needs, from scheduling and vendor management to property oversight and household staffing
— Plan and manage travel, events, and special projects; attend client events as required
— Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of services

Qualifications 

— Bachelor’s degree required; prior experience supporting executives or high-net-worth households strongly preferred
— Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset
— Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS platforms, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Our client has set a base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000.

This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
