Faith joined Bloomfield & Company in 2024; she collaborates with clients and candidates across all of Bloomfield’s practice areas. Prior to Bloomfield, Faith was focused on recruiting for a rapidly growing DC startup where she was instrumental in building their high-achieving team. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware.

Beyond Bloomfield

Outside of work, Faith is an avid enthusiast of racket sports, particularly pickleball. When she is not on the pickleball court, Faith can be found training her dog, Pete, new tricks and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. Originally from New Jersey, she spent several years in Washington, DC before relocating to North Carolina where she is currently based.
