We review every submission, but we only reach out if a current or future search matches your profile. That may take weeks, months, or it may not happen at all. It is not a reflection of your qualifications.

Because we conduct searches on behalf of specific clients, we are not able to take general meetings with candidates. If your background aligns with an active search, someone from our team will contact you directly.

We speak with exceptional people every day, and sometimes we know candidates for years before the right opportunity comes along. That is not a reflection of your talent or experience. It simply means we don’t currently have any opportunities that match your background.

What types of roles do you recruit for?

We place executive assistants, office managers, HR managers, estate managers, executive protection professionals, personal and private chefs, family office executives, entertainment and travel staff, personal assistants, bookkeepers, and similar roles. All searches are initiated by clients.

Will my information be shared with employers?

I was contacted about a role but haven't been told who the employer is. Why?

The vast majority of opportunities we recruit for are covered by nondisclosure agreements. Our clients set specific parameters for when we're allowed to share the name of the organization, and it's often not until a nondisclosure agreement has been signed. This isn't about being evasive — it's a contractual obligation we take seriously, and it's one of the reasons our clients trust us with their most sensitive searches.

I interviewed with Bloomfield but didn't move forward. Why?

We'll always try to provide feedback when we can. Most often, it comes down to a misalignment between what our client is looking for and what you're looking for — and that's not a negative reflection on either side. Other reasons include shifting search parameters, paused or canceled searches, or a search that moved forward with another candidate. We know it's frustrating, and we do our best to be as transparent as the situation allows.
