Denise is the founder and President of Bloomfield & Company. Established in 1994, Bloomfield was born from Denise’s desire to enhance the client and candidate experiences. With a focus on getting to the root of client needs and candidate wishes, she has been pivotal in elevating the quality of service within the industry. Additionally, Denise finds immense fulfillment in the role of leader and mentor, especially in witnessing her team’s growth and development.

Beyond Bloomfield

Outside of work, Denise enjoys a range of activities, including pickleball, gardening, and culinary arts. A proud Ohio native, she is an avid Cleveland Browns fan. She spends her weekends tending to her garden, exploring DC’s dynamic restaurant scene, and socializing with friends and neighbors. She currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband and a small handful of beloved pets. She has two adult children (who she is immensely proud of!).
