Rachel joined Bloomfield & Company in 2017; she collaborates with clients and candidates across all of Bloomfield’s practice areas. Prior to Bloomfield, she gained experience as regional director at a national staffing firm where she was both an individual contributor and team leader. Rachel studied at the University of Nevada Las Vegas on an opera scholarship.

Beyond Bloomfield

Outside of work, Rachel leads an active lifestyle and has a deep love for the arts. She starts each day with a six-mile walk, French lessons, and a quad-shot latte. A devoted sports fan, she enjoys attending Nationals, Capitals, and Commanders games, though her loyalty has been with the Chiefs since the 1990s. On weekends, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, whether on long walks or relaxing by the pool with her husband Al and their cherished Bichon Frise, Biscuit. She currently resides just outside of Washington, DC in Arlington, VA.
